27 Blue Ridge Restaurants, Bars Breweries, Wineries, and Food Providers – from 365 Atlanta Traveler

One of my clients just sent this to me and it is a pretty good overview of 27 different places in Blue Ridge that are either restaurants, bars, breweries, wineries, or food providers. It is very interesting and complete, but it does miss a few other noteworthy spots:

Burra Burra Seafood in the new River Walk Shops in McCaysville. Ironically, this is the only restaurant already open in there yet it was the only one of the three restaurants there not mentioned in this article.

Chester’s Provisions next door to Chester Brunnenmeyer’s is also a pretty cool store with lots of things for people (like me) that enjoy cooking. By the way, the wings are to die for at Chesters! I still love shopping around in Out of the Blue but Chesters Provisions is sometimes even more fun.

Also, not mentioned is Blue Coyote which is where “The Last Stop” and “The Whistle Stop” used to be.  Steve is the new owner and the food is good, the drinks are good, and it is a really fun place to go again. They even have half price wings on Wednesdays!
